Braun radio wristwatches are automatically controlled by radio signals from the DCF 77 longwave station in Mainflingen, near Frankfurt/Main.
It has a range of c. 1,500 kilometers and gets its time information from the Cesium atomic clock at the Federal Physical Technology Institute in Braunschweig.
Thus Braun radio wristwatches are always exact without resetting. They even change from standart to daylight savings time automatically.
