Lens filters, specially designed for Braun ThermoScan, ensure the accuracy of the temperature reading and virtually eliminate the risk of transferring germs from one user to another. |

To ensure the accuracy of the temperature reading a new clean lens filter should be used for every measurement. A lens filter protects the lens from scratches and impurities e. g. ear wax which otherwise might affect the accuracy. |

Moreover, exchanging the lens filter before every temperature reading, virtually eliminates the risk of cross-contamination.
A lens filter detector makes sure that a lens filter always is in place.
The lens filter ejector helps to easily remove the used lens filters from the tip. |
