FreeStyle Excel    Steam output The steam in the Braun FreeStyle Excel is not generated in the iron itself but in a separate tank. The water is heated by a very powerful heating element in this tank and the station is therefore able to deliver a lot more steam than a normal steam iron, as much as 4 times more. But the FreeStyle Excel not only generates an extraordinary amount of steam - it also delivers the steam under pressure, which ensures that the steam penetrates the fabrics, and so enables you to iron faster and effortlessly.
