In a series of interviews we focus on the development of specific products in order to illustrate the way Braun designers approach the design process.

Braun's designers are able to look back on the company's long tradition of distinctive and functional design which continues to guide their activities today. Each of the five Group Designers is responsible for one of the key design functions (Design Projects, Graphics, Corporate Identity, Advanced Design and Design Research) and works with the other team members to coordinate design projects across these functional areas.

The course of the design process is different for each product and depends to a large extent on the product category and any special requirements.
